At PyNoxi, we strive to offer reliable and high-quality hosting services to all of our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we provide a limited refund policy under the following conditions. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for specific services and under certain conditions. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are only applicable to the following services:

  • Web Hosting Plans: Shared hosting services are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the original purchase.
  • Reseller Hosting Plans: Reseller hosting services are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the original purchase.

2. Services Not Eligible for Refunds

The following services are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Domain Registrations and Renewals: Domain registration fees, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once the domain is registered.
  • VPS Hosting: Virtual Private Servers (VPS) are custom-configured to meet your specifications and therefore are non-refundable.
  • VDS (Virtual Dedicated Servers): VDS hosting services are also non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
  • Modules and Add-ons: Any additional modules, services, or features added to your hosting plan (e.g., SSL certificates, backups, IP addresses, software licenses) are non-refundable.
  • Setup Fees: Any setup fees associated with the initial configuration of a service are non-refundable.
  • Other Services: Any custom services, migrations, or third-party services facilitated by PyNoxi are non-refundable.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will only be granted if the following conditions are met:

  • You submit a refund request within 7 days of your initial purchase of the eligible hosting plan.
  • Your hosting account must not have violated any of our Terms of Service, including engaging in illegal activities, phishing, fraud, or abuse of resources.
  • Refunds will only be processed if there have been technical or service issues on PyNoxi’s end that prevent you from effectively using the hosting services.
  • If a domain is included with a hosting plan (as a free domain), the cost of the domain will be deducted from the refund amount. You will retain ownership of the domain.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase, including your account details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days of submission. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is approved or denied.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible (e.g., expired credit card), we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of PyNoxi’s Terms of Service, including illegal activities, phishing, or abuse, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Late Requests: Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund window will not be processed.
  • Voluntary Cancellations: If you voluntarily cancel your hosting service after the 7-day refund period, no refund will be provided for any remaining service period.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: If you upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan, no refund will be given for the previous plan.

6. Account Credits

In some cases, instead of issuing a refund, PyNoxi may offer you account credits for future purchases of eligible services. These credits cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be applied to hosting services.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your service, you must submit a request through your PyNoxi account or contact our support team at [email protected].
  • Data Deletion: Upon cancellation, your hosting account and any associated data may be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have backups of your data before requesting cancellation. PyNoxi is not liable for any data loss resulting from account cancellation.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

PyNoxi reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
