Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund policy only on select services provided by PyNoxi Web Solutions. The following services are eligible for a refund under this policy:
- Web Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- Domain Reseller Services
The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer any refunds on these services.
Crypto Refunds Not Allowed
Refunds are strictly not allowed for any payments made via cryptocurrency, including but not limited to USDT, TRX, BTC, and other crypto assets. All crypto transactions are final and non-reversible.
Accepted Refund Payment Methods
Refunds are only available for payments made via PayPal or Cashfree (UPI, Net Banking, Cards, and Bank Transfers Cashfree Payment Method). If a refund is processed, it will be a full refund; however, there may be a small deduction from the payment gateway.
Services Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available for the following services:
- Domain Registration: Once a domain is registered, it is non-refundable as the domain is immediately registered with the registry, and we do not have the authority to reverse this process.
- Web Solutions and Modules: Any web development services, software modules, or custom solutions are non-refundable as these services are considered completed upon delivery.
- Servers: Dedicated servers or Virtual Private Servers (VPS) are provided by third-party providers, and their terms and conditions prevent us from offering cancellations or refunds once the service has been provisioned.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of the service activation at info@pynoxi.com.
- Provide your account details, service plan, and a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Our support team will review your request and notify you of the approval or denial of the refund within 3 business days.
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, the processing time will depend on the payment method used:
- UPI/Card/PayPal: Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Bank Transfer: Refunds may take up to 10-15 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Please note that the processing time may vary, and PyNoxi Web Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Partial Refunds
If the refund is approved after usage of services (such as part of the hosting or reseller service), PyNoxi Web Solutions may apply a partial refund based on the usage time or resources consumed. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, and the final decision will be at the sole discretion of PyNoxi.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Setup fees for custom configurations or installation.
- Any additional service fees or charges incurred after the initial purchase.
Service Cancellations
Once a service is canceled, it will be terminated by PyNoxi Web Solutions at the end of the billing cycle. No further charges will be made after the cancellation request is processed. However, cancellations after the 7-day refund window will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Modification of Refund Policy
PyNoxi Web Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified policy.
